We have been with my Dad for the past few days and he isn't doing great. We had Hospice come in this week to help out. While sitting there with him in silence I often wonder what he must be thinking. Is he scared wondering when it will be. He can't walk much now and that seems to be on his mind to, he keeps saying if I could just get my mind straight and walk again. It breaks my heart but I know that God has a plan and we are each a masterpiece created by him. I love my Dad and the person that he is and will miss him dearly when the day comes but I trust in the God that I will see him again.

Cyndi, I have also been thinking alot about you and your dad. I'm so glad that you can spend time with him and that you know that God has a plan for his life. It's so hard but even in tough times knowing that God is in control gives us comfort. You are so strong and I know he must be too. I will keep you in my prayers. Love, Kim

You are in my thoughts and prayers. Reading this entry brought back so many memories of when Granddaddy began to struggle with walking. It is so heartbreaking to watch someone who was once so strong become so weak.
I enjoyed last night so much and can not begin to thank you enough!
